Wine : Briny nectarines, pears and sea shells. Tangy and a tad saline on the center palate with a sleek, medium body and bright acidity.
Second Course -
Chicken Pesto Pasta ::: La Porte Bourgogne Pinot Noir '22
Grilled chicken, linguini pasta, artichoke hearts, roasted bell peppers, sundried tomatoes in a creamy pesto sauce.
Wine : fruity and spicy (pepper) with melted tannins which give it a nice structure. There are cocoa and toasted notes at the end
